Skiing is a great fitness activity that helps you build full-body strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination.

You can also use the

Start with selecting "full body" under "FOCUS" and "strength" under "TYPES". From there you can further refine for the difficulty level that's best for you, what types of equipment (if any) you have, etc.
