@Froud Yes on both accounts! I am learning a lot more from this book than I did from reading the "Hammer of the Gods" when I was 14. 😊

@TakingBabyStepsBack Thank you! I will check out that book. I would love to learn more about The Doors. The movie was played in my dorm room in the fall in 1991 but I was having a terrible night and don't remember a thing about it. As far as HR (or any workout goes), I just do what I can, sliw down and take breathers when I need to. And I've done some of Amy's workouts too. 😊

Thank you @Baryl 💖

Ugh, I’ve been so bad keeping up with this.

First I just want to say I had to deal with a close lightning strike on my way to a shift recently. It too was a bit close for comfort. Scary!

Yes, Mercury had a powerful vocal. Queen stayed relevant for so long — and still are — in part because they did a lot of songs that only he could deliver properly (example: “I Want It All”).

Keep up the good work! I’m sorry to hear about your eye though. I’d better send healing vibes:

:vibes:

6 minutes of splits is an eternity. I’d be bored during that span too.

 for those darn headache problems. Not something I would wish on anyone in this community (I’ve had them and they are no fun when they take place). Hoping the pillow change helps at least a little.

Maybe you should try eating oatmeals for dinner? It supposed to help. If not, eating hummus is also a good choice. It's packed with tryptophan.
