The Body Flow workout does not have the usual yoga sequence timer and restarting the timer after every position disturbs the flow a bit. And the EC is for sets but there are none.
I know the workout specifies seconds for each pose, as that is typical of DAREBEE workouts. But I would recommend counting breaths instead for this (and other yoga-based) workout(s). In yoga we use the breath to help us go deeper into poses (typically lengthening or backbending on the in-breath, and forward-folding, twisting, or going deeper on the out-breath). The breath focus also helps to keep us more inwardly-focused on what our body is doing, (as opposed to the outward focus of listening for a timer beep).
