- I still failed however significant improvement since July

- Shovel Snow - 60 minutes. The extreme cold is back brought 40 cm (15”). I had my strength & cardio workout 😁

Before Dinner:
- Shovel Snow - 60 minutes. The extreme cold is back brought 40 cm (15”). I had my strength & cardio workout 😁
I feel you about the extreme cold and snow. I live in rural AB and have a 200ft driveway and 4800ft² garage pad I have to clear the snow off of. Naturally, my bloody blower decided to act up, so it's back to shovelling. Thankfully, I can wait until tomorrow when it'll "warm up" a bit. LOL. It's going to take me about 4+hrs to clear it all, hence why I didn't want to do it -26º weather with that bloody wind chill you had to work through. Bravo for doing it!!
