We got home from Greece yesterday.
What an awesome trip.
I closed my Apple iWatch activity rings daily.
Groundwork Abs Challenge, meditation & lots of walking. Some of those walks were challenging. Most days more than 10,000 steps.

- Run - 3 km. Vast majority in Zone 1. First run since Sept 9, 2025. Asthma has been under control since April 6. This was pretty awesome!
