Just found this site and loved It. I stand 6'4" ( 234 ) and am relatively good shape ( athletic build). But I went to a doctor a few months ago and was surprised to find out in his follow up report that I was considered to be obese!!! Well that set me off and I have been working hard since that day, now at 218. As of this morning. I need to drop 8 more pounds to reach my goal. I have found this community and I believe from looking around it is a fun place to be. I will keep you updated on my progress and I hope to get to know some of you better. Thanks for having me!!
