I always wander, when it says 10 single leg raises or 10 lunges. Does it mean 10x left & 10x right. Or is it 10x total (5x left & 5x right)Thanks in advance
The number of reps is the total number. If it says 10 leg raises, it means 5 on one leg and five on the other. Here is the link to the manual which has all that sort of information in it.
