Due to a wrist problem I can't bend my wrist, and never will be able to. Looking at some of the exercises like certain planks, the hand is placed on the floor with the arm/wrist making a shape like an uppercase L

Is it ok to substitute this with planks where my forearm is placed on the ground instead of my hand? Any suggestions to work around this?

Thanks!

You can do push-ups/planks on your knuckles.
