Thank you @Mamatigerj and @MadamMeow (love your names btw, they make a very good pair), and @Fremen !

Day 31

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 9/30
SQUARE ONE (program), Day 25/30
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 11/30

Additional
Mobility training, knee-to-ground twist stretching 12x3
Mobility training, ankle raise split stretching 8x3

Had an administrative down (couldn't make my public transport card), but broke the apathy with today's training. Darebee moments are becoming a happy place, the shift is gradual and satisfying.

Day 32

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 10/30
SQUARE ONE (program), Day 26/30
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 12/30

The boyfriend has been exercising while away (he's coming back, hopefully, at the end of the month) and my boy is getting RIPPED.
I need to ramp up on the training but also not break myself aaaaa

Thank you @aku-chan !

Day 33 (Saturday)

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 11/30
SQUARE ONE (program), Day 27/30
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 13/30

Day 34 (yesterday)

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 12/30

Outside: Hike day!
10kms / 5-6 hours, no clue how high it went but it's the hardest we've done - I asked for it to be shortened because my knee couldn't take the full plan. It was not frustrating, I felt proud of myself for voicing my needs.

Day 36

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 14/30 (two weeks, getting the hang of it!)

Outside: 4 hours walk in forest, flat-ish terrain

No program today but a nice long walk with another friend who has a dog, a cute little female corgi named Cereza (yes, from the Bayonetta series). I think dogs with geeky names will become a staple of my ability to exercise.

Thank you @Mamatigerj <3

Day 37

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 15/30
SQUARE ONE (program), Day 29/30
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 15/30

Additional
Mobility training, knee-to-ground twist stretching 12x3
Mobility training, ankle raise split stretching 8x3

I have a roundtable tomorrow but I don't wanna go... Honestly would feel better to just stay home and write. In the evening I'm seeing a modern rendition of MacBeth with friends (hyped!), I'll have to train between the two events and I'm a bit afraid about the motivation to do so. Worst case I'll pop some squats in the waiting line..?

Day 39

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 17/30
ARMS OF STEEL (program), Day 1/30 (level 2 instead of 1)
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 17/30

Additional
Mobility training, knee-to-ground twist stretching 12x3
Mobility training, ankle raise split stretching 8x3

Alright, lets go for Arms of Steel! I had my eye on this for a while, arms being my weak spot (my knees are f*cked but the legs are going good, especially with the regular hiking). I'm finally getting the hang of the mobility training, flexibility in the hips is starting to be satisfying - I'll try to be more regular with this extra.

Day 40

FIRST THING WATER
(challenge), Day 18/30
ARMS OF STEEL (program), Day 2/30
FOUNDATION LIGHT (program), Day 18/30

Additional
Mobility training, knee-to-ground twist stretching 12x3
Mobility training, ankle raise split stretching 8x3

Planks till failure are the sports equivalent of a video game's sewer level (extremely hard, can't be skipped, everybody dies, only specific lunatics/afficionados like them). My arms are jelly.
:roadkill:

Have a good day bees!
