Hello fellow bees!
Here's to keeping track of rebuilding my body after two years of it nop'ing out of physical prowess until I finally went under the knife this January. I'm slowly recovering and recently got my surgeon's blessing to train again (softly, and no burpees before a while).
I was a bee in the previous hive and can't remember for the life of me the list of what I did and wanted to do, so... I guess I'll just re-start from the beginning, there's always pleasure in earning the same achievement twice.
Edit end of March 2024 info:
Currently on Recovery and Square One programs, with extras here and there (cardio, mobility).
I weight 47kg for 1654mm (33yo). Muscle mass is at bare necessities.
Body events: Invasive operation in January '24 with complications.
Left knee status: Cracks on all movement. Noticeably tired afterten twenty minutes of light workout.
