So, I technically started on May 11th. I'm starting with the Foundation General Fitness (Light) 30 day exercise program and I'm on day 3 of that. I've done the exercises for it already today. I've been meaning to start exercising for years but never really knew where to start and I found out about this from a friend. I don't really have any goals for starting exercising, more of just, hopes, I guess? It's definitely cheaper to buy clothes under my size so losing weight would help there, especially when purchasing chest binders. I'm also hoping that maybe my chronic ankle pain might lessen if I weigh less. I got injured while I was working 10hrs every day and walking 2hrs every day on top of that and carrying around two 20lbs teas twice a day and now I can't be on both feet for even a full 8hr shift and it has heavily impacted my ability to get a job. So I'm mainlu starting this for financial and mobility issues. So far it's going good and I've kept up with it. I redownloaded this app called Habitica to help me remember to/if I did my exercise that day or not and I guess this post is to help keep me accountable as well and not forget?

I did 3 sets of 10 jumping jacks, 3 sets of 6 side jacks, 3 sets of 10 side leg raises, and 3 sets of 6 march twists.
May 12th, 2024
I did 3 sets of 5 wall squats, 3 sets of 5 count wall half squat holds, 3 sets of 20 arm raises, 3 sets of 20 raised arm circles, and 3 sets of 20 count arm holds.
May 13th, 2024, Today
I did 3 sets of 30 march steps and 6 step back + step ups, 2 between each 10 march steps. So a total of 90 march steps and 18 step back and ups.
