Thanks! The procedure went smoothly. Nurses said the doc saw one thing, papers they gave me said something else, so I'm waiting on the lab results to give me a definitive answer. But either way it didn't sound like anything serious, esp. since they said I don't have to come back for two years.Good luck!

Jan. 17. Day 1773. So far, I did the classic warm-up and started a modded Epic Arms with 17 pound weights in each hand and 20 curls/40 punches per set, but I only made it through the first two sets before work interrupted. I have also done, as of 2:02 PM, 35 wall pushups, and hit day 66 flossing. I may get the epic arms done or not, not sure; I will edit to reflect that or any further wall pushups today.

ETA: have not done further epic arms stuff, but as of 4:56, I have done a total of 60 wall pushups.

Not going to count that part of the ride towards exercise, the motor did too much supplemental work. Feb. 19, day 1809. Started off by trying to do World Breaker but the snap at the end of a jab motion made my sinuses/my entire head hurt so. Much. So I finished one set of world breaker and then did two sets of Storm Raider. I hope to do more later and will edit for that and flossing. Modded Cardio Punch workout- I did stepjack versions of all the jacks rather than jumping (didn't want to hurt my knee again), but I also did 20 punches instead of 10 each time punching came up. Level 3, with EC of 30 seconds rest between sets.

Modded Firefly workout- 20 back leg lifts instead of 10 per set- level 1, with EC of 30 seconds rest between sets

Modded Epic Arms- five sets of 14 bicep curls + 28 punches each, 15 lbs per hand, no rest
