@Lady Celerity yeah we too, but I just conjugated it from the verb 'to squash' into 'went squashing', but probably that's not how it works in English πŸ˜… now I think about it, it prabably should be 'to play sqash'? Conjugated to 'went playing squash'?
I kind of liked "went squashing". :LOL: Although "played squash" works too.

Went shopping for new trailrunning shoes (used mine for more than 1000 km already..), but the shop had only 3 kinds? Fancy shoes with new technology and stuff, that have nothing to do with trailrunning in my opinion. I have the feeling that shoe brands provide (or even pay for) the accessibility of their brand in the store. The shoplady ordered the new version of my current trail shoes, so I can try them out and compare them with the ones I didn't like this time. She'll hold those back for me. But yeah, if I didn't like them now, I won't like them in a week or two. I'm happy to try my new old ones, if it's still the best fit before I have to pay, so I agreed.
Oh, and outch, I have DOMS everywhere from yesterdays strength training. But especially my abs are inconvenient, I cannot properly change position right now ..

My muscles are still sore, so decided to do a yoga day today.
Work was again crazy, I was so tired, had a head ache, so decided to just get on the couch with pizza. I finished my book, which was a bit of a hard read, so chose the next one to be easy: Nancy Drew. I was hooked when I was a teenager :happy:

I tried some strength training, but my abs and deltoid muscles are still aching. I kept it easy.
Again, I am really tired, and work ended not the best.. I couldn't get myself out for a run, or even a walk..

Last Thursday I did HIIT training in the morning, and a short run (3.5 km) in the evening. That was not a good combination and my calves just said NO. So I didn't do any workout or walk since.
Sunday evening it was better, and I did a short walk. Hopefully I'm literally up and running again in the next few days.
