I decided to do a break on my log because I unfortunately have no time anymore to look at the other logs.
My first goal was to at least do 100 days in a row to get the habit of doing sport.
This is done, now I have to continue my quest!
You were all a very good and lovely support.
I'll come back for sure from time to time but I'll not manage this log everyday.

Hey I wanted to say a big Hell'o to all of you and send all good vibes and energy!
I'm doing well even if I had to manage a big health problem.
It was hard to continue the fitness and muscle in May and June because I was some days totally unable to move...
But from July and August I'm fully into it again.

I went to 95.4 - 25.6% early June then I could not continue correctly (hospital and inactivity).
Today I'm 96 - 25.5% but I also eat to gain slowly. I'll go to loose a little in September

Hell'o all!
I'm still alive and in my journey to be more then FIT.

I'm doing this month:
- Ronin's blade
- Carbon and dust
- Fit December 2024

And from mid October I took a personal musculation coach to get even more on the track to get that Fat away and these muscle pumped. :)
Lost 4kg of mostly fat at the moment. On the way to the 87 kilos to be at 10 to 12% body fat, less if possible. Then it'll be a slow going up to gain muscle.

I'm hiped, motivated and going for the long work.

Oh I'm not back in a regular basis, I would like doh but I don't give time for it at the moment.
I also soon "in march 2025" will have a new job mission (I'm freelance consultant) for a company in the aerospace domain. I'm so excited about it.

I have to say... Carbon and dust is good but already quite hard, I love it! :yas:
Fit december feels easy this year 🙃

Fit December 2024 done! I did more days each days as it was quite easy and I'll have less time from monday to the end of the year.

I'll redo Carbon & Dust in January because of the same problem but the difference is that I can't do several day of C&D in one day as it is so hard... I mean I could do 2 days the same day but it was too long and quite hard :)

I'll try to be there more next year as I like the vibe of Darebee and people here around. But yeah I can't guarantee.

Yeah 47 today... :)
I'm lurking sometime here but don't have the will to participate on the forum anymore. Too much work and thing to do.
I'm doing some programs of course, going to the gym 3 to 4 time per week. Lost 5kg more still 8 to loose before going for a weight gain again.
