Today I did my sport very early! I felt asleep quite early yesterday as I was "down" and I woke up at 6am so before beginning my work day I decided to immediately move my body!
I feel sore doh, my lower back is painful but it'll go away, I think it's because I moved a lot while sleeping and that yesterday was a not good day, my body feels it now.
Today I'll do my work day and then I go for my monthly beard and haircut! After that we'll go to the mall and Ikea to check stuff!
Yesterday evening we spoke about what we still had to do in the house and garden... To realize I have like more then an hundred things to do from big to small repairs etc...
But yeah we love to do this together so it's all good, but sometime we would like to see that it's less work haha.

Today was a very busy day. Did my.sport in the morning and then I did only working a the house. My partner also did some of her Artwork (yes she lives from her art) and I helped her with the heavy stuff.

Today is Sunday my children come back to me for the week and this is great, I miss them! My partner will go back to Limburg for some days to enjoy her family and will come back Friday, Saturday so I'll be alone with the children!
I did my sport this morning early and now it's time to pack some stuff and help my partner to full her car. She can't go some days without taking for a month... Like I wonder if she plan to go for a month haha!!!
but even all these, I feel a little down today, my mood is not at the maximum of happyness, can't explain exactly with but sometime it happens! Ah and I have such big headache today... It'll go...
Maybe I need to also take some time for myself. I'll do a little more gaming in the evening (as I'll be alone) and go back to my roots hehe. We se...
I'm not happy with my last OMAD week with my birthday and stuff I did not complete it good so I'll do it again from day 1 for a new streak and more seriously! I expect that I gained a little weight this last week so next week will be a full OMAD 20/4.
I also need to do more my strength. Ironheart is fun but definitely not to get muscle working enough and i lacks a lot of exercises. Too much legs and no chest for example! And the tendon day is not the best active rest I would choose. But yeah I'll be hard with programs if they don't fully are into my needs and that's why I do several and add or adapt them with more exercises!

So it's a +500gr this week! I was expecting this after the week I had for my birthday and it's not so bad. So this week I begin a new fasting streak on a 20/4 basis but I'll keep the OMAD idea so only one meal. Overall after 10 weeks I'm happy so I continue slowly and still enjoy my diet! Goal is still reachable!
By the way it's now 64 days that I stopped coffee and all kind of soda or juice! I did some alcohol but something like 3 or 4 times wine and champagne with moderation. I only drink alcohol for special occasion and never too much. Out of this I only drink flat water and some tea!
But so this week will be a blast of chicken, rice and broccoli with some protein intake for my muscles!
Out of this I feel better today, woke up early to do my sport and now I'm at the office for work.
It'll be a good day!

Edit: I forgot to say, day 17 of cardio&abs is a total of 150 basic burpees it was so hard to do 7 sets! When all went fine suddenly a day that is like so so muchharder then the other days feels weird.

Diet went perfect yesterday for the beginning of my second OMAD streak! I want to do 7 days perfect first and smash that Fat%age. Then I see how it goes and I'll adapt again depending of the result. I always go forward so it's all good. I'm curious about how it'll be end of June! I'll e on holiday for 15 days second part of June so it'll also be a challenge to find the good balance as we go to Provence in France. I'll definitely enjoy my holiday but moderately for food! I just plan to do way more sport because I'll have way more time 🙃. Planning for April, May and June already done and printed! So I'm more then ready!
After work today I go to the doctor with my Son as he got some radio result to discuss about. Normally all is fine but in case he'll need surgery. We see...
I'll also go for myself as for like... 8 month now my partner realised that I do breath sound when I sleep. In 45 years I never did any snoring or anything but now I do a sound...
She says it's like if the back of my tongue was touching my uvula and the sound of a little broken saliva bubble... I have no idea what it can be and the reason... I searched on google and found nothing about it... So I'll certainly see a specialist for that reason as this sound annoys her and I wanna get rid of it.
Out of this I feel quite ok today, a little bit tired and sore... But fine!

Definitely not a good day today! I did my sport but with my head full of parasites... Was not the best to do all but I did!
I did my hypnosis but it was not a calm one, could not concentrate correctly.
I'll chill after work and take the time to rethink some things.
How sometime a bad news can put you down... I try not to be. I'll handle my mind better after work from home with my children around me.

I did all my sport very early and I felt it because my energy is very low these days. I'll need to recover and hopefully my workday will be light.
I have an important appointment at the hospital today morning so I'll have some stuff to manage after! In the scope, hospital surgery and then 6 weeks of "calm", but I plan to continue my fitness journey... This will probably occur mid April to all Mai... But first we see the results today...

Hugs and hopes the hospital appointment gets all right. Don't hesitate to advocate for yourself and ask clarifications (OK, I'll admit, as a pharm.D and daughter of a M.D I was never shy about it, but I am convinced it helps).
The difficulty 1 and 2 programs here are good for recovery, depending of course on medical recommendation and exact problem, but they helped me a lot to get back into action after my heart surgery, and you can see even now that I don't hesitate to fall back on them when the ticker limits me.

I go through times where I get to push myself and do all the things, and then times where I deserve be proud of myself for achieving anything.
Journeys are rarely linear.

Thank you :love:it's good to read support adding to my friends and family support it's good!
So the appointment was positive in the way that they probably found something else and so I'm going to do first a special "gastroscopy" next week.
I'm really tired I sleep maximum 3 hours per night and my stress is high at the moment.
But yeah I continue! I'll feel better soon it's just my stress level that is way to high and my energy that is too low.
I need to eat but I just ate one meal today (Monday and Tuesday I could not eat anything).
But today i could finally eat a nice quinoa salad with some vegetables.

My stress level went down yesterday so I could eat something also in the evening. I made a quinoa salad with chicken etc...
Today I'll do my sport soon but I already post because I feel it like this. But I'll do all as everyday!
March is soon over, my planning for April is ready (I added the new challenge also) we see how my health is going and other medical stuff.

My stress level is going down and I feel a little better today. I woke up at 5am doh and had a big hour to kill before preparing and going to the office.
I'll do more today because I want to push myself up so in the evening I'll do some more strength and meditation.
Yesterday we did a 30 mins meditation together with my partner it was cool and needed. It helps when we take time for simple things. I also helped her with cutting some board circle for her artworks. She can do so nice things but for some heavy cuts she like when I help her. And as it is not the artistic part I feel ok to do it... It's just cutting the board that will be the base for her paintings as she doesn't paint on canvas.
So I definitely didn't sleep so good last night, woke up a lot...

It's the end of march and 10 :completed: for this month. It was not the easiest month because of some personal difficulties but I made it.
Now I'll concentrate on April and try to make this work with my future journey in the hospital.
