Hi guys, this logg is kinda /sort of an extra public motivator for me. i'd love to check in for myself en mayby see myself evolve again in the old me.
Anyway big chance thats not 100% possible, i had an hearthchurgery on 4 dec 2023. still recovering and its going good!
Floathing between life and death , i never gave up in my mind. never despaired. but when i came out of the hospital with a new mitral valve...
man..... at 58kg all muscle gone , i said to myself, no way mind over matter , i'll get out of this.

And so here i am. day 3 this week. been going to the gym. took me 4 months to do 3 consecutive pullups ..
but today i started the program "Abs&cardio" and did five sets , so i mix calisthenics with some machinery in the gym.
trying to do 4 days a week gym-life and everyday some mild cardio!

see y'all tommorow ;) new story

Alright, another day, gonna do the gym next week, kinda tired after early shift.and yesterdays training.
No leggday for this one, its a bit of a tradeoff with myself tbh. What did i do?

De-stress day 1 : 100 punches
Calves of steel day 1 : 60 calfraises
Abs & cardio day 2 : 5 sets
Powergrip day 1 : clench unclench fists.
And a bit of jawline yoga :p 6 minutes something.

Tommorow another day yeay!

Today i decided to take my girl out on a lil trip , on the gravelbike we did 60km with a little picnicbreak ๐Ÿ˜Š we also went looking for some cyclegear , and a pointy bal for massaging my feet :p lots of sun and good vibes, and back home a lil bbq.

In short

cycling :60km
Powergrip day 3
Calves of steel day 2
Destress = 100 punches
Walked 5 km.

Busy day ๐Ÿ˜„

Today , woke up without coffee, bit of sunburn unfortunatly, from cycling yesterday.
But i was like yea lets go! 5 minutes awake straight into HIIT lol goofy ๐Ÿ˜‚

So..
Abs & cardio day 3.
Powergrip day 4.
Calves of steel day 3.
Destress 100 punches.
3 sets of dragonian with my coldsteel practice axe thats was sweaty ๐ŸŒ‹
And 12 minutes face yoga

And later on i'll go quadskating ๐Ÿฅณ

Another beautiful day , had a great one sportwise.
I had to go to the hospital today, hearth-revalidation. Was nice! 1 hour of sweating ๐Ÿ˜‹
Meaning:
15 minutes cycling
10 minutes running
30 minutes powertraining 7 excercises with 20kg/50kg in 3 sets of 10 each one.
And 500m rowing

Came home started The darebeesection.
Challenges i'm currently doing.
calves of steel day 4
Powergrip day 4
de-stress day 4 โค๏ธ 100 punches
Punches & squats : 90 punches
2000 push-ups day 1


the program i'm doing,
Abs & Cardio day 4

Telling ya i feel good , really good ๐Ÿฅณ

I went deep today, did my darebeesesh 1st ting inna dee morning at work!
Just because i can haha, no clients at 6 lol ๐Ÿ˜‚
But did the gym in the evening.
Al back chest and arms.
I'm gonna feel this tommorow ๐Ÿ˜.
A full hour yea gave it my all.

Darebeesection as follows...
exercise of the day 50 kneestrikes.

Powergrip day 5
punches & squats : 50 squats day 2
2000 pushups day 2


program :

abs & cardio,
Had to skip this, as i did powertraining
make up for it with doing day 5 and 6 tommorow. No gym

Happy and productive none the less ๐Ÿ˜‡

Well... about yesterday.. i fell vast asleep, once i came home, fatigue and social battery depleted. Seen way too much people (public job) .
I did do the challenges, but i felt sore pushups were a bit painfull did them in sets of 10. I needed rest i guess. I do see results adding darebeestuff to my training. And i forgive myself not doing the abs & cardio, sometimes i gotta remind myself i'm still a โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿฉนpatient in recovery .... yea well , today gonna do better ๐Ÿ˜‰

Hi guys & ladies, i had not the time to write things down, as life happend... busy as hel๐ŸงŒ.
So thursday.. hearthrecovery. 1 hour of sweating, on the bike 15minutes, 10 minutes running, 5 minutes crosstrainer.
Then 6 powertraining excersizes with 20/50kg. And the rest happend in the previous post. โฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธโฌ†๏ธ

Friday i cycled alot 30km something had my kids too.

Saturday i cycled also alot went to a openairparty, cus my girl wanted to go.
Well it was till 22.00h and then the music stopped. So nothing crazy , drank 2 beers so thats ok :).

This morning cycled 25km with the misses to collect our vegetables on the farm all biostuff yummie!

Then the darebeesection.

de-stress day 7,8,9 so 300 punches
Powergrip day 7,8,9.
Squats and punches day 4,5,6
2000 pushups day 4,5,6
calves of steel day 7,8,9.
All Systems Red Workout 5 sets

I'm absolutly high on endorphines after a full darebee day ๐Ÿ˜‚ this lil ninja did something i had to convince myself to do.
But thank u darebee for inventing this one workout i will do more, without a doubt! my arms were burning i was weating like a pig i feel great afterwards, did it with an axe (non-lethal btw!)

A thousand๐Ÿฅท cuts ! Seriously i need a bokken in my life lol instead a have this axe!
