Day 1

Woke up at 5:30

All the thoughts start making me to go back to sleep.
I struggled to get our of the bed thinking why I am doing it , then I said to myself , it is better than feeling lost and doing things that you regret for temporarily pleasure ( masturbation and all ) .

I snap out of bed by 6:00 am

Quickly freshen up and change to exercise outfit

Firstly did
A quick 4 min warmup

Then Day 1 for 30 days of gravity

It is tough , even for 1 st exercise I am out of breath on few reps.
But continue and completed 1 st and 2nd exercise with break for taking my breath back.

Then final 3rd exercise of squat
30 reps in single go.
Then take long break to get my breath back.
Then push myself to do 30 reps in one go.

Now I am totally out of breath and even I am feeling like vomiting.

Still part 2 is pending i.e wall sit.

But can't , as I am feeling vomitted , which I did eventually and for the first time I am blackout and fall in floor , i didn't remember how I got in bathroom but within second I got concious and stand .

So maybe i think I should change the programe . It better to do a programm complete then a incomplete one.

But at the end after taking time to feel normal , it feel good after typing all this.

Start is better than nothing.
Atleast i wil keep improving what will be best and keep doing it.

That is definitely not healthy, can you speak to a doctor about it? (I can think of half a dozen "causes", most are benign, some not so much).
If not, I would suggest to take the intensity down and take more rests in between sets. I think it is better to do the "volume" and take as many breaks as needed.

Just my two cents. I am not a health or fitness professional. I hope it helps.

That sounds promising. Keep it up! :yas:

:hi: and welcome ! Don't hesitate to take some rest between sets... You don't have to climb the everest in one day to get to the top at some point ;)
Have you done the fitness test to assess where you are to start with ? And the rest periods between sets are important. Be kind to your body and to yourself, you're doing yourself a kindness by exercising :ss: good luck !

Day 5

Waking in nights has stopped a lot , just for few sec.

Wake up with body temperature a little bit high.

But I think it was the temperature difference in atmosphere

Today workout

- 4 min quick warmup
- arms 360 workout
- The miner challenge ( Day4)
- Daily challenge ( 2 min backfists ) - done above 200

A light workout I feel now.
But focus right now is to build a habit, then progressively I will increase intensity

Yesterday highlights
So as the weekend start as soon as working hours end ,
So does it become yesterday at around 6.
We colleague decided to go for a live concert of Punjabi singer.
And we had lot of dance .
Sleep late due to that .

Okay so
Day 6
First some thoughts came to skip today workout and have a rest instead of Sunday.
But thought why to do so .
Not an issue if I woke little bit late, why to skip a day and loose the strike and will do workout even on Sunday , no rest days.

Workout
- 4 min quick warmup
- lower body ( daily boost ) - instead for 2 min rest ,took 1 min rest ( improvement)

- The miner challenge ( Day 5 )
30 sec squat 30 sec rest
( 1st set - 20 , 2nd - 19 , 3rd - 17)

- Daily challenge
( 20 jumping lunges )
Here i struggled but completed ( on little bit not performing exactly )

Overall today all the exercises were focusing on legs.
So today it has been a leg workout.

Sorry I haven't been around much the last few days. It seems it doesn't exist anymore as they have changed the way they sorted the program's difficulty. There's an indicator based on number of push-ups in the manual here
My input was outdated...
