MEALS
Breakfast - Clementine, 2 boiled eggs, herbal tea
Lunch - Green smoothie with banana, spinach, homemade protein blend, cinnamon, and whole milk
Snack - Almond Coco Loco yogurt cup (whole plain Greek yogurt, stevia, vanilla, almond slivers, coconut shavings, and chocolate chips)
Dinner - #6 made delicious chocolate chip banana pancakes for everyone! :heart::ss::heart: I enjoyed mine with some herbal tea.

THURSDAY

Daily Stretches :v: I didn't do nearly enough for everything else I did that day, though... HAHAHA!
Daily Walks :v:
EOD - Superman :v: In small increments... Did it with kids and a dog, which turned it into a laugh fest...
Running Away From My Problems :v:
Light Parkour Training :v:
Quadrupedal relays (#6 turned it into a racing game... I lost... HAHAHA!)
Dead hangs (again, #6 turned it into a game... a contest for who can hang on the longest... which I lost...)
Light cardio (#6 felt it was too easy and decided at this point to just practice flips off the playground equipment... Talk about leaving me in the dust!)
I also did a few squats and march steps at a random point throughout the day...

MENU
Breakfast - Clementine and 2 strawberry mini muffins, compliments of #1
Lunch - Shrimp and chocolate banana cake, compliments of #1 and #3
Snack - Moose Tracks ice cream and two pieces of crème brûlée chocolates, compliments of #1 and one of my flatmates
Dinner - Caldo Verde!

Dinner - I was treated to some onions rings an a burger last night, but I barely ate half of the onion rings and a quarter of that burger... still suffering from that life choice the next day, though... HAHAHA!

Running away from my problems :v: Ran away from my problems a little too hard, in fact... So much swelling that you can't see where the heel ends and the achilles tendon begins.

Parkour exercises :v: This was actually when I realized I needed to stop exercising for the day and rest instead... HAHAHA!

Dinner - Caldo verde: I had some extra sausage. So, I remade it with experimentation in mind... It was a bust, but not a bad outcome.

I'm gonna make this brief... Tuesday and Wednesday were sick days... I did the bare minimum of stretches and one very brief walk each day. As for my diet... I drank lots of herbal tea, broth, and some EmergenC.

Yesterday was pretty much the same... It's a pain to work myself back up from zero days of fitness, so I'm doing bare minimum with walks and stretches. Inflammatory responses are back, though. Time for the Author of a Thousand Fails to go even more back to basics... I'm gonna focus on my meals and wake-sleep schedule this coming week.

I still am not focusing on my workouts much this week, but I do have some good news that I wish to announce... I've finally breached that 270lb barrier and am now just a little over 265lbs.

I will probably not have much to say until after the weekend, but just wanted to take a moment to celebrate a new chapter in my weight loss journey... Finally in the 260s! WHOOT!

Lunch: Pork roast with veggies, deviled eggs, ice cream
Snack: sushi, juice shots
Dinner: (had a long drive) Snacked on lemon-lime dipped pretzels, pomegranates, coconut water, and drank a lotta bottled water...

I'm gonna count the stretches as an exercise and say I'm on Day 1 again...
Weight: 270lbs :cry: :cry: :cry:) I'm not concerned. I gained it quickly trough feasting, and I can lose it quickly through fasting.

Dinner (on the go): sparkling water, hummus and corn tortilla crisps

Day 2 (by the skin of my teeth)
269.9 (so much for fasting HAHAHAHA!)

So, about my walking and running... I don't know how far I go, only that I'm doing laps around a small parking lot... So, I'm measuring distance in laps... Though, if I were to guess, the parking lot's very small, and I would say each lap is only about 1/16 of a mile, if that...
