Thanks @ Damer, it was inspiring, and what i really like was to have an estimation of how much an healthy and fit person should be able to do. I tried the first 2 exercices, was able to do 50 reps of calf raises, but my calves were burning, and the rotations was not so easy too, so i found something else i need to train :shake:

Damer, thank you for the rotations and the reminder to be mindful of the pause at the top of the calf raise!
