I finished EMT school and I am back on track! I just have to take the NREMT test and hopefully I'll land a volunteer position for my resume. The workout journey continues on...

5x12 squats (15lb dumbbells)
5x16 calf raises (15lb dumbbells)
5x12 split squats (no weight)
5x12 bicep curls (15lb)
5x12 chest rows (15lb)
5x10 bent over lateral raises (12lb dumbbells)
