1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 9 - Soothe and Stretch | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0. This seemed to go very fast today.
2. Moving Mango: Day 2: Bluebell | FULL BODY ENERGY - 21 Days of Bloom - Pilates Workout to plant Trust: Rating = 8.5 This was actually quite a workout.
3. YWK: 15 min Aries Flow - Leadership, Courage & Inner Fire: Rating = 8.5. I am not used to such an active session but it was really good.
4. Recovery Day 9: (Stretching): Rating = 8.5.
5. 30 Days of LIIT Day 1: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0. My shoulders were tired.
6. Walk: 1 mile walk outside. 17:25
7. 30 Days of LIIT Day 2: Level 3, no rest. Good workout.

Notes: Football Sunday. It was just the conference championships today. Despite it being a low energy day, I did all my planned workouts. The Yoga and Pilates were difficult.

My mom told me how much she and my dad weigh. My mom is light but she said she is in the normal range for her age and height. My dad on the other hand is a different story. He really needs to put on weight. 😿

Thank you @Gandhalfit and @NancyTree 💗 💗

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 10 - Restful Sleep | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0. Good except my back hurt.
2. 30 Days of LIIT Day 3: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. I could really feel this in my hips and my back hurt. The 2 are not related.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 4: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0
4. Recovery Day 10: (Box Breathing): Rating = 8.0. My throat was irritated.
5. Heather Robertson: 30 MIN Upper Body Sculpt//HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 3: Rating = 9.0. This was a good workout. I didn't have my bands ready so I used weights for the band exercises. I did wall push-ups so I could do more.
6. 4 mile walk outside. 1:11:51.
7. BYNM: DAY 1 | Gentle Welcome Warm-Up | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋 : Rating = 9.0. This was a really nice session.

Notes: Back to work today. I felt a lot of anger about my “transition” to my new team…especially since we had to have a meeting about it (the “transition”, not the anger). I am glad I am remote because I do not have a poker face.

I did all my planned fitness items, including Day 3 of the Heather Challenge and Day 2 of the latest Nico Challenge. It feels good to get back to exercise again.

In other news, I spent almost 40 minutes on the phone with my insurance company because they screwed up on 2 co-pays. Ugh!

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 11 - Calm and Focused | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0
2. Recovery Day 11: (Light Cardio): No rest. Rating = 9.0. Some back issues.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 5: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0.
4. 4 mile walk outside. 1:11:24.
5. Isawelly: 15MIN PILATES TO REDUCE STRESS AND TENSION‐GREAT FOR EVERBODY: Rating = 9.0. This was pretty relaxing.
6. BYNM: DAY 2 | Mindful Breath Flow| 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. I really liked this one even if I am not used to doing poses like Warrior, Reverse Warrior and Triangle.
Notes: I had an appointment after work so I did Pilates in the evening (along with yoga). I was pretty shaky during the poses I mentioned above but I was happy to maintain my balance.

I told my team I was being moved. They’re going to miss working with me. The feeling is mutual. 😿

The good news is when I talked to my dad he told me he had a really good physical therapy session on Monday afternoon. I felt so excited and happy for him. 💖

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 12 - Feel and Look Younger | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0.
2. Recovery Day 12: (Yoga): Rating = 9.0. I am very tight.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 6: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 9.0
4. 30 Days of LIIT Day 7: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. I screwed up the sequence more than once.
5. Heather Robertson: 30 MIN Full Body HIIT // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 4: Rating = 8.5. Tough but good workout. I used modifications. My back hurt. The 2 are not related.
6. 4 mile walk outside. 1:11:20.
7. BYNM: DAY 3 | Energizing Sun Salutations | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. Nice session except that going into forward fold bothered my back.

Notes: I started out the day reviewing my husband’s test results on the portal. They weren’t what we wanted but now we have more questions. The doctor was too busy to call us back.

At work, I am now attending both team’s meetings and doing work for both teams. 🙀. Not only am I going to miss my original team mates but also Buddy, a team mates cat who sometimes joins us in meetings (we’re all remote).

I changed my walking shoes but it hasn’t made a damn bit of difference for my back. I think I need a new work chair too!

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 13 - Relaxation of Body and Mind | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 8.5. I felt a little uncoordinated. I wish it didn't bother my back.
2. Core Control Challenge Day 1 - 40 torso twists: Rating = 9.5.
3. Recovery Day 13: (Stretching): Rating = 8.0. Stretches were OK but my back hurt during the second part.
4. 30 Days of LIIT Day 8: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5.
5. 4 mile walk outside. 1:12:33.
6. BYNM: Yoga For Back Pain | 20 Minutes: Rating = 8.5. More active than I thought but nothing hurt.

Notes: Bad back day. I had to put heat on it twice, skipped my Heather workout and did a different yoga than I had planned. Plus, the first couple miles of the walk were torture. I know this will clear up eventually but in the meantime, it sucks.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 14 - Stress Relief | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi (11): Rating.= 8.5. A more active session but good.
2. Core Control Challenge Day 2 - 60 leg raises: Rating = 9.0.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 9: Rating = 9.0. It didn't hurt.
4. 30 Days of LIIT Day 10: Rating = 9.0. More vigorous than usual.
5. Recovery Day 13: (Box Breathing): Rating = 9.0.

Notes: We had a half day today because Scott’s appointment was at a weird time and we had tp pick up our glasses. Today’s number was good and another test came back negative, which was good. Now the doctor is sending us for a consult with a specialist 40 miles away. She says it’s all good but I don’t feel good about it.

My back was better, not all better but at least the walk wasn’t torture.

❤️Thank you @PetiteSheWolf @Laura Rainbow Dragon @JCU @Anek @Fremen @Mamatigerj @Syrius @Deadoks ❤️

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 15 – Inner Peace | BEGIN – 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0.
2. BYNM: DAY 4 | Grounding Root Chakra | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Pretty shaky on some the poses but it didn’t hurt my back.
3. Recovery Day 15 (Light Cardio): No rest. Rating = 9.0. Nice finish.
4. Lower Back Workout: No rest. Rating = 9.0. I am trying to get my back in order.

Notes: I woke up with a headache and the weather was crappy (cold rain to snow) so I stayed in my pajamas and read all day. Even though I didn’t walk or sit at my desk, my back wasn’t great today. I was planning on doing boxing this weekend but I guess it will have to wait.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 16 – Core Strength and Balance| BEGIN – 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 9.0.
2. BYNM: DAY 5 | Detox | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 8.5. I found this to be challenging but it was still a really good session.
3. Core Control Challenge Day 4 – 70 leg raises: Rating = 9.0.
4. 4 mile walk outside. 1:09:16. Sloppy, slushy and sometimes slippery.
5. 30 Days of LIIT Day 11: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5. Squat holds are not my favorite but at least they were only 20 seconds.
6. 30 Days of LIIT Day 12: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.0. I could really feel the burn.
7. Lower Back Workout: No rest. Rating = 9.0

Notes: Not a football Sunday. The Daily Call with my parents was not great. My dad fell on his shoulder again and my mom seemed pissed about something.

My back seemed a little better today. Maybe next weekend I can get back to my morning boxing.

1. Begin with Breath Tai Chi: Day 17 - Flow | BEGIN - 30 Days of Tai Chi: Rating = 8.5. I got tangled up with this one.
2. Core Control Challenge Day 5 - 40 torso twists: Rating = 9.5.
3. 30 Days of LIIT Day 14: Level 3, no rest. Rating = 8.5 Damn butt kickers get me every time.
4. 30 Days of LIIT Day 15: Rating = 8.5. Leg swings were awkward.
5. Heather Robertson: 30 MIN Core Strength // HR12WEEK EXPRESS: Day 5: Rating = 9.0. 30 minutes of core work was intense but I only needed 1 modification.
6. 4 mile walk outside. 1:08:28. Fast pace today.
7. BYNM: DAY 6 | Metamorphosis Flow | 🦋 BODY, MIND, SOUL: 30 Days of Yoga Transformation with Nico 🦋: Rating = 9.0. Unique and sometimes challenging session. I really liked it, especially the visualization at the end.
8. Lower Back Workout: No rest. Rating = 9.0.

Notes: Back to work. I started out the work day with a pleasant surprise as my longest meeting was canceled. It will probably be rescheduled to Wednesday. And speaking of meetings, I had my last one on one meeting with my supervisor. He holds them every 2 weeks and next Tuesday is last official day on the team.

I had a good workout day except that I accidentally skipped day 13 of 30 Days of LIIT. I guess I will be doing it tomorrow. My back wasn’t normal but it felt better.

4 mile walk outside. 1:09:27.

Notes: Today was the appointment with the specialist. He wants my husband to come back for a test and in 6 months. He recommended the treatment we were most apprehensive about. We did like him though.

Thank you @Deadoks ❤️

3. BYNM: Self-Care + Self-Love Yoga | 25 Minutes: Rating = 9.0. Nice session but I screwed up on some of the transitions.
