Today I'm not well, I have a bit of a sore throat, headache and a bit of general weakness so to avoid catching the flu I didn't go to the gym today and I will continue to do minimal training until I feel better :)

I'm back to normal :)
Even if I still have some symptoms there is no longer any reason not to do at least my minimum full training.
I still don't like training to failure but I have to admit that it is a very efficient method in terms of time and effort: in 5 minutes you give it your all.
