Had a super busy week with playdates school events trips to the library overtime and being short staffed has resulted in me spending the weekend in bed ill with some bug i seemed to have picked up
ive been making the effort to drag myself out of bed for a walk but no proper workout for a couple of days can not wait for this bug to do one so i can get back to it. so fed up of being ill all the time.
