Hi Bees! Long time no see!

Today I came back to some darebee workouts (missing that)

Since I do not have so much energy so I did Touch the Sky at lvl 1 and some upward downward dog poses..

I went to Ushuaia - Argentina!! more precicely to "Laguna Esmeralda"

This Thursday I did this mixed Workout:
- 4 x 6 complete hindu push ups
-4 x 6 each leg shrim squats
- 4 x 6 pull ups

and then I did 5 minutes of 369 Workout

Yesterday I did some moves like Kneeling squat jumps into a one leg squat and some pseudo plank push ups, but later I did:
- Legendary Workout at lvl 1


Today I did some pull ups and small walks couse tomorrow I'll train hard (I guess hahaha)

Yesterday I did Crossfit (was very tough)...

So today I did a light workout + cleanning my house:

- Nyad Workout (level 1) + 5 pull ups each set

I feel a little tired so I'll study a bit and go to bed (on time If I organice myself)

Theese days I had a little pain in my left shoulder (maybe I did a bad movement) but it is gone..

Yesterday I did :
- Fit December Day 1

Today
- Fit December Day 2
- Power squat day 2
- 3 sets of : 8 pull ups + 12 push ups + Power squat day 1

Yesterday I did 2 days of the program bacause I did not train on thursday :(

so:
- Fit December Day 7 and 8 (the 8th day I used 250cc bottle of water to add some resistance)
- Power squat day 7 and 8
- 4 sets of 30 lateral raises + 30 front raises + 30 shoulder presses with the same bottles (very exhausting after the 8th day of the program)

- 4 x ( 6 inner chest push ups (per arm) + 6 diamond push ups)
- 4 x 10 floor rows + 8 self resisted bicep curls per arm

Hi bees! long time!

theese days I've been a little sick and with little to no time for me, so I've re-structured all my week and goals..

my nexts weeks will turn around crossfit (2x week), some soccer (1xweek maybe) and running (I'm working on the structure of this) and I'll do some programs and challenges from here:

Today I started ZEN program and Power Hold challenge.

Today:

homemade routine, 3 sets of:
- 8 cross cleans with kettlebell (each arm)
- 16 kettlebell halos
- 16 side lounges with front rises (8kg kettlebell)

- Power Hold challenge. day 1

- ZEN program day 1 (SO RELAXING!!!)

Tomorrow I'll play some soccer so after that I'll do the challenge/program.

Thanks to all @MadamMeow @Fremen @Mianevem @neilarey @Mamatigerj @Montserrat @Anek !! Your greetings are so important to me because I enter every week (and some months every day) and the feeling that I have friends here is like a hug for my heart!

yesterday I did crossfit and it was really tough!!

Today I did Primordial Workout at lvl1 + 50 bridges to add some glute work.. I really entered the sweat zone.

Tomorrow will be an active rest day with some walks here in Buenos Aires.

NEWS: in two weeks I'll go to Berlin! SO EXCITED!!

Today I resume my workouts and I did this way: a full uperbody workout!

- 4 x 6 chin ups
- 4 x 20 shoulder taps in hanstand position (with wall help)
- 4 x 10 self resistance pull overs + 10 self resistance bicep curls
- 4 x 15 push ups

tomorrow (If I can, couse a friend will come) I'll do same legs

yestarday I came back to crossfit! so glad to re-start!

I try to do crossfit twice a week only, why? cause I wanna stay at home with my dog after work, so I plan to do 3 bodyweight workouts with 2 crossfit days.

Today I did not have much time, so I did only:

4 sets of 6 L chin ups + 12 reverse push ups (like my pals looking at the floor but my fingers looking at my torso)

So, tomorrow will be a crossfit day.. see you tomorrow my friends!

Today I did not find energy to train hard, but I did this and i really love it:

As fast as I can 30 seg each ex:
- chest expansions
- frontal arm circles
- back arm circles
- arm shoulder presses
- frontal rises
- lateral rises

at the end I did Willow yoga workout + Anger Management yoga Workout


So It was really nice, tomorrow I have crossfit so the hard part comes up tomorrow, see you later friends!

How are you? here is going so well!

Yesterday I did:
warm up : 2 sets of All systems red workout
Workout : 3 sets of Hardy Workout

and then to finish I did this (never though about how it burns my arms after a hard workout)

As fast as I can 30 seg each ex:
- chest expansions
- one way arm circles
- back way arm circles
- frontal rises
- lateral rises
- frontal rises but in goodmorning position
- lateral rises but in goodmorning position

** beautifull**

so, today was crossfit and then tomorrow will be a light workout with some order in my house.. See you tomorrow bees!!

yesterday was a beautiful day, a very sunny saturday, so I decided to go to a park with my girlfriend and my dog and do some pull ups while drinking mate (you know what mate means?)

after that, we did a yoga workout that don't upload this time... but it was tough

today I've been only cleanning my house and watching some movies :)

Hi my friends!

Today I arrived home a little bit exhausted but did not skip my trainning...

Warm up: Excercise of the day (60 sec backfist) + some arm circles and another things

workout:
- 4 x 5 wall assisted handstand middle push ups (I call it "middle" cause I stop in the mid way haha)
- 4 x 8 chin ups
- 4 supersets of 10 bodyweight tricep ext. + 10 self resistance bicep curls each arm

so, a little short workout but effective (I believe)

and then Kitten workout (so hard!!!)

Tomorrow is crossfit day and on wednesday I have a soccer match so see you on friday!

Today I ran 5K (i'm comming back to running!)

Warm up : Spring chicken Workout lvl 1

Workout:
- 4 x 12 blast push ups (or tyson push ups) + 20 arm circles both sides
- 4 x 6 slow chin ups + 5 self resistance (hard) bicep curls each arm
TO FINISH - As fast as I can
- 3 x 20 knee push ups ´+ 20 self resistance (light) bicep curls
