@Mamatigerj could you share your opinion about Program: 60 Days of Walking ? I'm interested in it, but i am afraid it is a bit too much time consuming. Thanks

Part 2 are circuits of 2 exercises, usually 20-30 reps each, and 2 minutes march steps or walking: 3/5/or7 sets with no rest. So, at level I (3 sets) about 10 min, level III (7 sets) about 20 min. Part 2 can be done right after the walk or later in the day.
All of that to say, the time commitment is roughly one hour per day for 6 days each week, and 90 minutes one day each week.
Wednesday afternoon through Saturday evening i played full-time parent to my 6 year-old granddaughter and 2 year-old grandson while my daughter was out of town. (My son-in-law is already back in Texas at a new job.) It is a bit of a blur, but i think the following record is correct.

It was granddaughter's final day of school, so she was out at noon. My husband took the day off, so he could pick her up while grandson napped. He took her out to lunch, then to see the movie IF and a few other fun activities.

Program: 60 Days of Walking day 48 & 50; 3.31 mile hike w/grandkids ~Hiked 1.75 miles to a park w/playground that was also having a festival this day, then walked back along the flat canal path. Had the jogging stroller for the almost 2 year-old, which i carried for portions of the hike which were too rocky for it.
Nap! (i let granddaughter entertain herself on her i-pad)
Supper & grandkids' bedtime routine + tidy up before daughter's return
