In reading through the posts last night, trying to catch up a bit, i learned of the loss of our beloved @Kanary, and of the workout created in tribute to her.
She said that every day is a good day for Day 1, so i did her workout today:
Kanary; level III
I also did:
Neck Mobility (2x for ec) picking back up my personal DareBee workout challenge; difficulty level 1 (light) #201
