In reading through the posts last night, trying to catch up a bit, i learned of the loss of our beloved @Kanary, and of the workout created in tribute to her.
She said that every day is a good day for Day 1, so i did her workout today: Kanary; level III
I also did: Neck Mobility (2x for ec) picking back up my personal DareBee workout challenge; difficulty level 1 (light) #201
It was a busy, but good weekend. I got a lot of other things accomplished and was able to spend quite a bit of time with my husband. I forgot to do any punches against cancer, which makes me sad; i am also behind on everyone's threads but hope to catch up soon.
You're back! I was worried about you for some time. I hope life treated you well during all that time. I'm very glad to see you again.
