Today was a very rainy day, which ofc didn't make work on the roof possible. Which was good, because when the guy came to install the new gutters and other metal pieces they decided that it's not the right time to do that now because first other things need to be finished. Oh well! Office work was nice and quiet, with some good things achieved.

Ahhh, a lovely lazy Sunday! Finally a day off! My husband wasn't feeling super well this morning (too much prosecco last night) so we didn't do any work and instead enjoyed a nice walk in the sun. Yay!

I might have to wait until next month, and this month just incorporate the early stages. Let's see.

A good day! I started running again! I'm so out of breath-shape! I had to stop and walk several times because I was too out of breath. And I was going slowly! But I'm very happy with the form, I did a proper warmup following the born to run 2 plan and then off I went!

Another good day. Had a meeting that was surreal, I'm so glad it's not my daily work. I feel extra sorry for my boss and my colleague whose daily work it is.

Today was a full day of roof work, but the type where you see results! The first 7 rows of tiles are on, and three of the lanes for the photovoltaic. Yay!

A gloriously sunny day! We finished the part of the roof we had been working on yesterday! I went for a run and it went much better, I can run further before I need to walk!

A good day! I went to see the orthopedic again and had a MRT, which showed an issue in my vertebrae. I have no idea what the English words for the issue are, so let's just say I need to wear a collar in the night and some contraption to help with posture. Let's see.

Soooo, no pillows to be had in any of the sizes I want, but as the store also sells the filling "loose", I bought two bags of it and I'll simply change the filling of the current pillows. Seriously!

A quiet day. Well no, work was busy, but it felt quiet because I'm lacking motivation. I really think the amount of energy I feel is directly related to the amount of chocolate and cookies I eat. The more sweets, the less energy. At least, when two weeks ago I was eating salads for lunch and not having any sweets I was feeling full of energy. But maybe it's the moon, or the weather, or who knows.

I have inflammatory issues when I indulge in certain sugars and starches. However, I have found that there are some that don't cause much harm as long as I don't overindulge... Good luck on your quest for the right cookie ingredients for your body!

@PetiteSheWolf for this recipe it's marinated in soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and smoked paprika, and then baked for 15 minutes.

I missed yesterday again! We finished the floor at 10pm and I had no will left for the internet.

Today we did a lot of good work and installed all the solar panels on the small roof! Yay!

YOU SPEAK BLASPHEMY!!! Chocolate's really easy to make... Cacao powder, cacao butter, and maple syrup are the only ingredients you need if you're not tempering it. Test the maple syrup... If it's a sugar your body can handle in small quantities, message me. I'll give you the recipe for making your own chocolates.
