During the day I felt better. At least I don't feel sick anymore. Bit still some stomach cramps and no appetite 🙄. Did 2 walks today, and layed on the couch all afternoon.

Sunday April 23rd
Today I felt way better. I could eat again and wasn't that tired anymore. Went for a hike, slept a bit in the afternoon and went to a friend to see her new apartment in the evening. Unfortunately (😉) I was having a good time so now it's past bedtime...

Slept way too short, I was awake at 3.30.. So say goodbye to the renewed energy of the weekend..

Tuesday April 25th
Had a talk with a colleague. She warns me for burning out at work, and I think I should listen to her advise. But not sure how exactly. Fell sleep on the couch and was too tired to do any workout when I woke up.

Wednesday April 26th
I spent so much money today :whaa:. It is well spent though, most of it was for my holiday (some shirts, a toll pass, car supplies, contact lenses, sunscreen).
I walked so may steps in the city center, that I decided not to do a hike but save that for tomorrow.
▪️ Lower body
- 3x25 squats with 5.5 kg dumbbell
- 4x10 lunges with 2x2 kg dumbbells
- 3x20 bridges with hard mini band
- 3x20 calf raises
- 3x30 lying side leg raises with hard mini band
▪️Challenge wall sit, day 27, 3.40 min. This is getting Hard. And I'm thinking of how to maintain this progress until my holiday. Maybe repeat the last 7 days with extra weight.

Thursday April 27th
 Started to work on my window
frame again. It turns out to be so much work to get it done... My hands are painful, but getting better already after taking the afternoon off.
I discovered that during my vacation, the lifts in the mountains are out of order, they are closed until mid June... So the cool hikes I planned, are impossible to reach :(.
▪️  Hike 5.40 km. 166m elev. I am always wondering why some people are going on a hike in nature with their nice clothes on. Today I saw a couple with brand new sneakers and fancy shiny glitter shoes. 🤷🏼‍♀️
▪️  Abs Ab crunch, lvl 1, with 2x2 kg ankle weights
▪️  Challenge wall sit, day 28, 20 sec

I was hiking up the volcano national park in new Zealand once, and there were people wearing heels. Seriously!?!? They needed help getting down again, ofc.

@Mianevem flip flops 🤦‍♀️ I forgot about those. In Summer I sometimes see people use them while hiking. I can only think about how much that has to hurt, all small needles, twigs, gravel, etc, coming under your feet..

Saturday April 29th
I think I might have a solution for my hiking lift problem. There are multiple hikes going down from my start point, so if I hike an easy one up, and my planned hike down, I don't need a lift. Down side is that it will cost me all day and 20 km plus >1000 m elevation gain... That would mean smart planning of the other days, or even a rest day with only a museum or something. I wish I had more days..
I am so tired, I skip my workouts and go to bed early.
▪️  Hike 14.22 km, elv 363 m. The weather was perfect
▪️ Home sandpapering the window frame and preparing some more.
