Journal:
New planning this month with new challenges and new programs. I do with the same idea of February, quite some easy difficulty one challenges with 3 programs!
It'll go well this month as I love March!
Flex hang will be a real challenge for me but I'll do it! It's part of my path to be able to do clan pull-ups one day and I'll add 30 sec dead hand 1/2 days to keep up with it!
The other are fine I liked the training today!
OMAD is going very well and I feel less and less hungry during the day. I do tea or water only and eat at 6pm slowly to enjoy until 7pm. Then fasting begin again!
I'll take time to read the logs asap maybe tonight but as the sun is out I did a lot of gardening and I'll continue.

Journal:
This sunday morning I woke up at 6am, It was not intended but I was just awake. So I got up, heard a "wtf you crazy man" from my woman haha and went down to do my sport.
I enjoyed this second day. This march planning looks great and the new Cardio&Abs feels good (with finaly good abs to do).
I'm also happy because children come back this afternoon! I miss them! And it's a full week holliday for them so it'll be a busy one!

Journal:
This 15 days homemade was easy as we nearly always do homemade here at home! So I made my own pizza for the kids, we made sushi and of course the normal everyday food we do mostly. I did some batch cooking with some chili con carne and chili con carne extra greens.
Diet wise I had to correct a mistake on the fat% on week 7. So this week I did not loose a lot of weight but the fat% goes down (again considering the measurement of these is what it is...) but my partner says that she begin to see a bigger difference from 2 month ago. So I'm happy with the result last week, I think the OMAD fasting will make a big difference until June.
As I have quite some muscle I'm ok if I don't loose so much weight as long as the fat% goes down and that I see on the mirror that I'm more defined and toned.
I still did not drink coffee for now like 64 days that's a PR hahaha!🙃
Today I did all very early because me work day is full so I'll now concentrate on this.

I thought of adding some challenges that I do already for month and that are more linked to healthy food. It'll make me more focused on my food for at least a month as I'll not fail one day! It'll complete the home made that I continue with the 30 days version.
All went fine today it was not so hard to complete, I think march will be easy month. I took some time to check for the next months planning (april, mai, june etc...) it'll get harder and harder but my condition and fitness level will also be better month after month.
So today is work day at the office. It'll be an average day so I have some time on the side to read and prepare some other stuff.
This evening my partner will take care of everything :) I like when she does that sometime, letting me rest a full evening and play some game. We do this sometime for each other and it's pure pleasure!

It's 8am here and all is done! It's quite easier then I thought, in fact the food part is the hardest as I really pain attention to not fail the challenges. I was tempted to eat a cookie yesterday evening but I did not and made myself a new batch a home made muesli (I use bio oats and then I add several nuts and grains that I roast all in the oven. It's way more nutritive then what the shops sell and soooo less expensive. And of course I have way more nuts and grains into it then what the industry offers. It's a real treat.)
I feel quite good today, a little bit too much of cramps but it happens. It'll go soon, mostly it's there for a day and then the pain goes back to the normal everyday pain I feel...

I did all early morning again because I took some days of before my birthday and this friday we're at Kinderstad in Heerlen (NL) for the kids. It's not crowded because it's not a holiday in NL but in Belgium yes. So my children enjoy this a lot. It's a big children game park with jumping stuff, rollercoaster etc... Quite big! And my partner and I we just try to chill when they play... It's very noisy even if not crowded so I can't imagine if it was... Bit yeah I can train my selfhypnosis skill in this kind of area.

It's my birthday indeed and I took Monday and Tuesday off to do a lot of stuff... I mostly don't celebrate birthday as I have all I need and I see my friends and family when I want to. But my partner always does a cake and likes to do something for me so I enjoy this. This morning she gifted me a lava stone man necklace with a metal band engraved with the map of the first place we met. Sweet I like it! She can always surprise me with nice things!
And so I decided to redo all my food related challenge as yesterday evening we had a champagne, today we're invited to her parents for diner and after that we go see Dune 2 at the cinema. So I decided to just do a full day off and enjoy... After 57 days I can do this!
So I'll redo them in April!
Diet result are totally fine, it's stable from week 7-8-9. I'll now pay more attention to be able to loose 500g next week and of course mostly fat!

Yesterday was a good day, chill and nice, full of love and just calm and smooth as I like for my birthday.

Dune 2 movie was really good, I liked it a lot and I'll not spoil anything! Loved the books, like the old movies and the new ones are good as well.
So I did my sport today end of the morning, I feel really good at the moment.
I did not a perfect OMAD day yesterday but at the end i did not do crazy wrong and still enjoyed all the way long.

Today was so hard, I don't even know why... It was finally a sunny day like I wanted for so long. I did my work and took my pause to do some gardening with my partner.
But the day was so fast... I realized I had no time to do my sport and it's the first time I had everything to do... And I felt so not motivated to do these, I had to push myself really hard to do all!
Now it's done but I'm so exhausted physically and mentally that I'll soon collapse in the sofa. I don't know maybe the sun has this effect... I'm feeling so out of energy now, brrr long time I felt this and I don't like it.
So now chill evening and I'll sleep very early! But first a nice digestive tea
