Yoga
I attended a retreat. The morning consisted of guided meditation and centering practice followed by about 90 minutes for silent meditation and reflection. The afternoon was a workshop on emotional and spiritual practices. While there, i was also able to a bit of yoga and take a little 1 mile hike after lunch.
