For now I have simplified the training by taking 10 min non-stop of a lv I workout as an extra workout and I will keep the sun salutation as stretching, I do it simple and let's see how it goes since the rest of the training is already challenging :)

In my small way I'm starting to get some satisfaction with the weights in the gym and to make much more effort :p
I am really enjoying going to the gym, I like the place, the training and having a few jokes with others while I work out, it eases the effort and makes the workout more fun :)
By now I know practically everyone who comes in my time slot :LOL:

Last night we did a training course with tires, obstacles and various difficulties in the courtyard of the gym, after half an hour I was ready for the final shower :p
I definitely need to intensify yoga and stretching to get back to walking normally :LOL:

The new training that takes into account the gym and Muay Thai is slowly taking shape: I push in the gym and Muay Thai and the other workouts must be light to allow me to fully recover, I like it :)

I struggle a bit with that too. I get inpatient to do more, but I also know that it might damage my motivation if I try to go to far to fast.
I regularly end up overdoing it and then having to calm down to recover :LOL:
You also learn by making mistakes, I think in the end what really matters is to keep wanting to move a little, from this point of view Darebee is fantastic because there is always something new to try or turning between the logs of others you always find something interesting :)

Okay ... I'm having a hard time calculating the weights :oops:
There are 10 kg, 15, 20 kg bars and among these there are of the same type but with different weights.
On Monday I realized that the deadlift was too light and today that the bench press was too heavy, statistically I'm fine :p

I am enjoying Hips & Glutes Stretch, I will keep it along with the sun salutation as a good daily stretching routine :)
I have achieved a good balance in my training, I am comfortable to work harder or take it a little more calm thanks to the workouts that I can manage on my own.
With minimal adjustments I'll be fine for the whole month :LOL:

I like how you post your thought processes for how much/how little to do😎👍🏼
I find it really hard to get out of the vicious circle of doing more and more :eyes:
Yet every time I manage to change perspective and try I realize that it is much better to do things better than to do more, I am slowly working on it :)

I overdid the leg exercise weights a bit today, did some on-the-fly stretching and hopefully walk normally tomorrow :p
However, I really like to gradually increase the weights on the bench and with the squats, the body gets used to it better and responds well to the stresses, I will confirm tomorrow :p

Yesterday my partner finished writing her second book and sent it to the publishing house :worried::fireworks: :worried:
We also went out for a walk, jokingly I told her that by now it had taken the shape of the sofa where she writes, a real refuge where she had everything she needed to write within reach :LOL:
