Shadebound review

PRO
- I love RPG programs they are ideal to lighten your head and have fun and this is a great program, it hints at the setting just enough to make you dream a little and then you train.
- I really enjoyed the alternation of workouts, including combat moves, cardio, tendons and yoga.
- This program is fun, works well, and is within everyone's reach.
- I enjoyed the cute and cuddly ending.

CONTRO
- Maybe it's a little too easy for a lv 3 program.

Unbound review

PRO
- This program is exactly what was missing, 30 well-structured workouts that improve flexibility, range of motion and strengthen tendons.
- Instead of always repeating the same few workouts now you can just follow the program, all very simple and less repetitive and boring.
- The workout lasts from 4 to 8 minutes (including the warm up), very fast and easy to insert at the end of the training.
- I found the idea of warming up before stretching excellent, so whatever the previous workout was, you go to work on warm muscles.

CONTRO
- If you really don't like stretching then there is no hope for this program.

I loved both of these two programs and they were perfect for this time :)

Power HIIT promises to be an interesting program for using light weights every day, we'll see how the experiment goes :)
I chose 3 kg weights for the lateral holds, it's a reasonable weight for that exercise and it's good for all the others too.
As active rest between sets of Power HIIT I will use Daily Kicks Challenge.
I increased the difficulty of De-Stress Challenge by adding 1 kg weights.
The whole workout lasted 20 minutes, even by gradually increasing the kicks of the Daily Kicks Challenge, however, i always remain in a quick workout.

I'm enjoying the new workout, it's not too demanding but for satisfaction, I increased the final stretching a bit.
The morning workout at home is increasingly becoming a light workout with stretching to recover from the more demanding evening workouts :)

It's still raining from the roof, it seems less but in a difficult to reach point and in which I can only put a small bowl that if it rains a lot I have to empty every hour or so, I have to invent a system to convey the water into a larger basin but it has stopped raining and therefore I have to wait to experiment :eyes:
