I like my new training routine, it works and there is plenty of room for improvement :)
In practice I train seriously 4 times a week, Monday and Friday in the gym in the morning and Tuesday and Thursday in Muay Thai in the evening.
Every other day I take it easy depending on what I feel like doing or not.

@Maegaranthelas I remained under the barbell while I did the bench press, luckily the weight was ridiculous so I carried it on my stomach and stood up :LOL:

I'm mulling over the fact that I did 30 days of push-ups and pull-ups to failure on alternate days without problems and that instead I hurt myself in the gym by exaggerating with the weights...
Maybe it might work to mix things up a bit and try to get to my limit with bodyweight exercises :)

I have decided that since I have officially entered the second half of my centennial journey, from now on as a Darebee tradition on my birthday I will do the Centenarian Workout as a propitiatory act :LOL:
