Tomorrow at 11am i have a gastroscopy special PH one we see how it goes... But i decided to not worry and do all was needed and i definitely keep in mind I'll not drug myself with heavy shit if I can do it another way. I'll take care of my body with sport and nutrition, medecine will be last resort if really necessary!

So I did my exam this morning, it's quite a strange feeling having this camera wire going threw your throat (I choose with no sedation because I avoid that as much as possible).
They did a biopsy because they found some suspicious Oesophagus cells probably linked to acidity from the stomach. So I'll have the result in 15 days for that one.
If biopsy is fine then it's good but also then it means I'll have to do more exams because it doesn't solve my initial problem. So we see.
I'm feeling quite fine today, I did my sport before going to the exam because I was not sure how I would feel after... But I'm fine...
I like the April program so far!

No sedation? I find that brave - but heck, I am more wary of pain than of flash anaesthesia. Wishing you patience for the waiting game now.
The exam is in reality less then 5 minutes and it's just a camera in the throat. they spray you some Xylocaine the make the throat skin sleeps and you feel less. But doing anesthesia more was too much I think for that exam. But we're all different, for the one that needs it they can.

Today the weather is from heavy storm to sunny... I got caught into the storm while I was having a walk for my lunch pause (as I don't lunch) and it was heavy so now I'm in the office and my pants, shoes, shirts on the heater. hopefully my workmate is gone and I can close the door of the office.
So my mood is a little like the weather, i did my sport with quite some difficulties and it's the first time I do a level 1 with 3 sets out of always the level 3 (for reboot) but I was not into doing 700 climbers! So 300 is way enough! All the rest is always at the maximum possible. I'll just sometime let myself choose the easy way when I need it. At the end it'll all be done!
My OMAD is going really well again this time, I got the day 4 now and I feel not hungry at all until 5-6pm that is my time to eat.
I do a very big chicken salad with a full lettuce, some nuts, onions, oil, vinegar, cheese, some veggies cut small, eggs, cold pasta etc...
It's looking huge doh, but yeah it's my only meal of the day it must be! Then I finish with some soja yahourt and some home roasted nuts and a bit of frozen wood fruits.

Today I feel still tired but I did my sport early and went to the office right away.
It'll be a big Friday office day so I need to concentrate, hopefully it looks like I'll be alone as all workmate are homeworking today. I normally don't like to be at the office and be alone (what's the point to move to the office if it's to see nobody? I'm way better at home, my office is nicer, everything...) And here the view from the window is like a prison lol) but today I'm fine like this. I'll do some hypnosis during the day.
Tonight I do a movie night with the children, they like this!

Saturday with children is driving them to golf, horses riding, some groceries (where they find so much things they like). Sunday was a very nice day with the children, we did a fair with horses and stuff... Then they went to their mother and I finished the day doing some shopping with my partner and finally we made a good salad and enjoyed some evening still warm from the sunny day!

Gained a little bit of weight last week, quite strange but maybe my salads are too big haha! :) Anyway I really enjoy these big salads so I4ll continue like this. The fat %age (for what it is) seems to go lower so maybe it's a good way to do. I'll see next week how it goes.
Sport done early it was ok!
While doing all these programs for the moment, as it keeps me motivated I also plan my new personal cardio and strength program. I'll certainly take the best from Darebee for the cardio, the programs, workouts, challenge I liked the most. For the strength I'll definitely do something totally personal as I want to grow muscle correctly and this is not the main area of Darebee here, but I'll use some stuff as well because I like the short rest, long rest depending of the programs...
But yeah this will be for later because I still have a lot of programs I want to discover before and yeah it keeps me doing it everyday so!

Oh and I also wanted to try funny things for some sunny days coming... I plan to challenge myself on some stuff, but I'll see and keep you in touch.

100 days done! It's just the beginning but I'm happy I could do this streak quite correctly, I would say like 80-85% satisfied about my fitness journey. For my diet I'm 75% satisfied and I feel like it's 7 weeks that I keep with the same weight while some weeks I do better and it doesn't go down. But some weeks of stressing for health condition are not helping with my diet I guess.
So for the fitness I'll continue to keep up and try to prepare a personal planning using some darebee's but all modified!
For the diet I'll unfortunately have to kick more to break this level and go down for some more kilos. I'm still on time for my end of June goal but it gets shorter...
End for the rest, children are fine, partner is fine, I'm quite fine still waiting for my results!

Fitness & strength done good!
OMAD is struggling at the moment I have a lot of work and I need a lunch these days to keep concentration all day. SO diet is ok but not OMAD at the moment.
I also feel that my mind is not 100% into this all so I continue everyday and concentration on my final goal. The full concentration will come back soon when my work will be a little less full and also I need to know my results... It stays in my head all time!

Yesterday was a heavy day at work and today will be as well. So I did my sport early like always before going to the office. I think I'm the only one in my village to wake up at 5h15 and do sport until 6h15, hopefully I can do that on an empty stomach without feeling dizzy or anything wrong.

Sport done, heavy work day but today I'm at home.
I can't do my OMAD atm but I keep up with all the challenge easy. Salad is a nice plate to prepare and do and it's easy to mix a different one everyday. I'm still full into salad and I think 30 days will be easy.

Today I did my sport but we did gardening and we also fetch some stuff to my parents. So we moved 1000+ bricks for the garden, 300 tiles for a garden roof, something like 15 big flower pots... So I feel my muscles quite some now.

Journal:
It seems like salad is not making me loose weight but at least maybe my fat is going down. It's all good for me! It was a heavy workout week with quite some work this weekend so it's all possible! I did my sport early this morning to have the day free for my work and some shores at home.
I'll add some personal challenge that will begin in May or earlier if I'm into them. But right now out of my OMAD that is sometime hard to keep on a good streak. I'm 92 days of no coffee and no soda (I only drank diet pepsi but I wanted also to get rid of this). I drink only water, tea and on special occasion a glass of wine/champagne.
Oh and one mission complete for the 15 days of no sugar!
