Notes: I started a half marathon training program today. Not preparing for anything yet, although I should check if there are any races that it lines up with. I haven't done a race since the pandemic started (except virtually), so it would be good to start going to events again.
Yoga With Kassandra - 90 Min Yin Yoga Full Class (I love these longer yin yoga practices at the end of the week; they're really relaxing - I may or may not have dozed off near the end of this one )
Afternoon Dead Hang Challenge - Day 30 - ended up breaking the last few days of this challenge into manageable sets since I'd been stuck at about 1 min 40 since the start of November.
