I tried to do the pull up thing, but I had too much muscle soreness, so decided to take another rest day. I have to find a new rhythm in doing my workouts now I have a boyfriend 🙃. My whole schedule is shuffled 😅

Almost a week done already..
Nothing much to tell, but that I did a few hikes/walks, and yesterday another run.
Also I restarted  again on Saturday with my workout routine. After I came out of the shower I instantly had this horrible pain in my neck and it shifted to my shoulder blade. Felt like something was pinched. Later it looked more like something (maybe the muscle?) was pinched next to/under the shoulder blade and turning my neck gave tension on it and made it hurt that much. Sunday it was already better, I moved and turned a lot to just keep it stretched and moving. And Monday it was gone :)

@Froud I bought also Shokz, but the openrun. I doubted betwen the normal and pro one, but chose the normal one because it's waterproof (the pro has better bass but is not that water resistant) and I think that's better for running outdoors in rain and with sweat.

And how about the phone calls? Is the sound all right (then I stop geeking you around, promised)

Again it was a week since I posted... But, it was an okay week. But also things to improve.

Monday August 14th
Last week we had an interview for a new colleague, and today she told me she's not coming to work for us because of the distance. So this means that with the sick leave of my direct colleague and the leaving of another, after this week I have to do the job of 4. Wednesday I'll speak with the manager again. I have no clue how to get it done..
And on top of that, my boyfriend left for a 3 week holiday

I went to an open air film festival with a friend, it was great! We saw Barbie, which is a way better movie than you'd expect from the trailer. But I came home very late, just before 1 am :giveup:. I had done the hangs of the negative pull up challenge already in the morning, but skipped the rest.

I was so tired today.. 4.5 hours sleep is not enough. I got myself to run though, and it made me awake again. I'm not sure if that was the right thing.

@Montserrat it was clear that I was fast enough, I needed 5 min to recover after the second XD (as you can see below I'm exaggerating, it looks more like 2 min ;) ). Those 2 sharp high peaks were the ones I lost. The last peak was the one I won 🤷🏼‍♀️

Today I didn't feel very well, I was afraid I would've catched a cold or something, was so tired, sore throat and muscle soreness. Also my calf was tight, so I decided to skip my run and stretched a hit during the day. But after getting home and having dinner (I cooked today! 💪) I felt good again. So did my workout.
