Another day done:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Seconds Jumping Lunges (EotD) done (Foot still isn't up to jumping),
Atlas (WotD) done (3 sets),
Day 9 of Wall Push-Ups done,
Day 20 of 30 Days of LIIT done (3 sets, a real arm noodler!),
Morning Mobility attempted (Did the first pose too long (Didn't hear the instruction lady) and over-stretched my bad foot, so called it a day).

Dinner worked out well last night, had leftovers for breakfast, see y'all tomorrow!

Really tired this morning, even though I've been doing good not staying up late, so could only manage the basics:-

Day 10 of Wall Push-Ups done (30 Count Hold, not sure I'll make it to 35),
Day 21 of 30 Days of LIIT done (3 sets).

Going to take the Housemate for a long walk, see if the fresh air wakes me up, see y'all tomorrow!

With the weather turning cold my motivation to do my morning exercises is at an all time low, managed to force myself to do a bit today though:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Butterfly Sit-Ups Crunches (EotD) done (In 3 sets of 10),
Wrecked done (3 sets),
Day 11 of Wall Push-Ups done,
Day 22 of 30 Days of LIIT done (3 sets),
Stretched done.

In better news, I've got my e-mail account back! :applause:
Was such an easy fix too, no idea why it took several calls to my internet provider for them to do anything, see y'all tomorrow!

@colin - Unfortunately, I think it's a foe you can never truly defeat!

Got another day done though:-

Universal Warmup done,
100 Back Leg Raises (EotD) done (In one go),
Raw Grit (WotD) done (2 sets, the floor stuff really got my neck),
Day 12 of Wall Push-Ups done (30 Count Hold),
Day 23 of 30 Days of LIIT done (3 sets),
Stretched done (Didn't realise I did this one yesterday).

Going to take advantage of the bright skies and take the Housemate for a nice long walk, see y'all tomorrow!

Thanks! @JCU @Mamatigerj - It was entirely self-inflicted, I had a couple pieces of cold prawn toast before I went to bed and it was totally not the right time to eat something that oily!

Another day done, couldn't quite do everything, hurt myself doing the second lot of Boat Folds:-

Universal Warmup done,
30 Seconds Squat Hops (EotD) done (In one go),
Mean Abs (WotD) attempted (2 sets),
Day 14 of Wall Push-Ups done (35 Count Hold),
Day 25 of 30 Days of LIIT done (3 sets).

Gotta go out into the cold to do some shopping :sadness:, see y'all tomorrow!

4 Minutes Punches (EotD) done (In one go! :yas:),
Winter Is Here (WotD) done (3 sets, I can Plank again but didn't have enough space for the Rotations),
Day 1 of Fit December done (Only the 3 sets today),
Day 15 of Wall Push-Ups done,
Day 26 of 30 Days Of LIIT done (3 sets),
Stretched done (Back is a bit too creaky for the other stretching workout today).

That was a lot! Probably should replace the Workout of the Day with Fit December instead of doing both, but I've only got 4 days left of LIIT, so I'll see if I can tough it out :strong:.

So cold! Housemate is bowing out of exercising until it gets warmer, but I'm sticking to it:-

Day 16 of Wall Push-Ups done (40 Count Hold),

Stretched Done.

Got 3 Christmas Fairs to visit today, so lots of walking, see y'all tomorrow!

A whole week wrapped up!
Today was a bit of a struggle, Housemate kept waking me up this morning to help her with the TV, so I'm pretty dang tired :exhausted:

Universal Warmup done,
30 Seconds Boat Pose Hold (EotD) done (In one go, had to hold my legs for some of it though),
Day 3 of Fit December attempted (2 sets),
Day 17 of Wall Push-Ups attempted (2 sets),
Day 28 of 30 Days Of LIIT attempted (2 sets),
Balance and Coordination (WotD) done (Had a really hard time with some of the poses, my balance was non-existent today).

Yesterdays fairs went well, Housemate got a lot of knick-knacks, there's another one today, but the weather's terrible so we're staying in (For a little while anyways, Housemate is already getting the fidgets), see y'all tomorrow!

Today did not go well, started getting really weak and shaky doing the Leg Raises in Fit December for some reason, so thought I'd leave it there:-

40 Balance Side Lunges (EotD) done (In one go),
DNA Rewrite (WotD) attempted (1 set).

Thanks! @PetiteSheWolf @Laura Rainbow Dragon @JCU - Not sure what was wrong yesterday, just had no energy and spent the day curled up in my chair but I was fine by late evening.

Did a little bit of everything today to catch up:-

Universal Warmup done,
20 Shrimp Squats (EotD) done (I tried, but one-legged Squats ain't happening yet, so did regular ones),
Good Morning Abs (WotD) done (2 sets),
Days 18 and 19 of Wall Push-Ups done (2 sets with a 30 Count Hold),
Days 4 and 5 of Fit December done (2 sets),
Days 29 and 30 of 30 Days of LIIT done (2 sets),
Stretched done.

All done with LIIT, found it a bit too easy, not sure if I wasn't doing them right or I just need tougher exercises now.

2 Minutes Arm Scissors (EotD) done (In one go),
Power Circuit (WotD) done (3 sets but couldn't do Side Planks after the 1st set, or jumping after the 2nd),
Day 20 of Wall Push-Ups done (45 Count Hold),
Day 6 of Fit December done (3 sets, I was all Lunged out).

Don't know if I'll get a workout done tomorrow (Landlord is sending someone to do our annual inspection), but I'll try, see y'all later!

Still not feeling great (Yesterday was the first time in over a week that I've left the house), but I always worry that I won't start up my exercises again if I leave it too long, so I thought I'd try a bit today:-

Universal Warmup done,
2 Minutes Raised Leg Swings (EotD) done (With lots of breaks),
Workout I Needed Today done (3 sets),
Days 21 and 22 of Wall Push-Ups done,
Stretched done.

Just too far behind on Fit December, I'll try again next year.

Apologies to everyone who wasted their snowballs on me, didn't realise it was time for that! Just not up to it this year...

Missed yesterday, overslept (By over 4 hours!?! How is that even possible?), so made more of an effort to get up on time today.
Couldn't do a huge amount, was already pretty puffed out swapping the Housemates mattress for a nice new one:-

Universal Warmup done,
2 Minutes Side Leg Swings (EotD) done (In one go),
Rouge Princess done (2 sets with Knee Push-Ups),
Days 27 and 28 of Wall Push-Ups done,
Stretched done.

Urgh... My head is full of gunk and cotton wool, I hope I haven't caught another bug, I'm still not fully over the first one!

Trying to exercise though:-

Universal Warmup done,
2 Minutes Stretch Hold (EotD) done (In one go, I do think I get a little bit lower every time I do this),
Abs Upgrade (WotD) done (3 sets),
Days 29 and 30 of Wall Push-Ups done (All complete! Took me way too long to finish such a relatively easy challenge),
Stretched done.

Taking advantage of all the cheap veg about at the moment to make some Minestrone Soup for dinner, see y'all tomorrow!
