  • Challenge: Plank Hero days 5&6; easy level Side Bridges were done from my knees and were very sloppy, but in December i couldn't do them at all; so Yay!

Update on my hospitalized daughter: She still struggles to breathe w/out supplemental oxygen. Her sat level was 83 when she went in and is now 92, but it needs to be 95 or better. Taking it day by day.

  • Exercise of the Day modified to wall; did 30
  • Program: 60 Days of HIIT day 33; level III did Step Jacks rather than Jumping; also, the instructions state Basic Burpees, but the graphic shows a jump; i did them as in the video

  • Yoga

Everything above was done before 6 a.m. Then i had quite a busy day and evening with grandchildren's activities, and that was it. Went to bed at 20:30!

Felt quite lazy and didn't really want to do anything. Then i remembered that it was Day 250, so i got up off my tuchus and did my workout!:move:

  • Program: 60 Days of HIIT day 42; level III did squats instead of jumping lunges
  • Program (repeat): Ironheart day 5 did split squats instead of forward lunges
  • Program (repeat): Ironheart day 6 replaced hero pose with cow face pose, which also gave my shoulders a good stretch

  • Yoga
